A few years ago this boat was brought to us as brand new and we fitted it out with a new Mercury 60hp four stroke, the owner was very happy with the outboard and it didn't take him long to start putting some serious hours on the outboard. 

A couple of years later the owner decided to trade in the 60hp for a new Mercury 75hp four stroke, fair enough, the boat is 5.0m in length and the owner likes to fish and cray fish with a couple of mates on board. Close to it's fourth birthday the 75hp had racked up 550 hours and seen a hell of a lot of Cray fish dragged up past it, so this time more for the fun of it...hello new Mercury 90hp four stroke. 

Not a huge technologial change from the 2016 model 75hp to the new 90hp. The boat does now however reach a top speed of 34.5 knots, which is really hustling in a 5.0m aluminium centre console and sees a better fuel economy than it previously did.
